These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from ("Ashray", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms in full. Please read them before you buy.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Ashray. Our products are smoking accessories intended for use with legally obtained tobacco products. We do not sell tobacco or nicotine. We may cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18, and our couriers may refuse delivery without valid photo identification.
2. Products and descriptions
Ashray is a brushed metal cigarette case with an integrated USB-rechargeable, flameless coil lighter. It holds up to 10 king-size cigarettes. We work to describe our products accurately, but photography, finishes and colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Stated figures such as lights-per-charge and charging time are typical values under normal use and are not guarantees.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Any price shown with a strikethrough is our own previous or regular selling price, not a competitor's.
- We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm or cancel the order.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels.
5. Safe use of the battery and lighter
Ashray contains a rechargeable lithium battery and a heating element. You agree to use it responsibly:
- Do not expose the product to fire, water, or sustained high temperatures.
- Do not attempt to open, modify, or repair the unit or its battery.
- Charge using a standard USB power source. Do not leave it charging unattended or overnight.
- Keep away from children and from flammable materials.
- Discontinue use immediately if the casing is damaged, swollen, or the unit overheats.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use contrary to these instructions.
6. Intellectual property
The Ashray name, logo, product imagery, and website content are owned by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
