Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally.
Cost
Delivery is free on all orders, nationwide. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges.
Cash on Delivery
All orders can be paid in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. No advance payment is required. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, on working days.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, and public holidays can affect delivery times.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, contact us.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or an unreachable phone number.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will normally attempt delivery more than once and will try to contact you by phone. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Age verification on delivery
Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. Couriers may ask for valid photo identification and may refuse delivery to anyone who appears to be under 18.
